My newest running partner!

Jack calls it racing. When I was training for the half marathon, John would stay home with Jack when I went on my runs. He would tell Jack that I was practicing for a race. Then John and Jack went to the course to try and see me -unfortunately we somehow missed each other :( However, as a result, he now thinks all running is racing! Plus, he just got new back to school "running" shoes. He actually calls them his "running shoes" :) That started because at first he said he didn't like them. So John told him they will make him run really fast. John took him in the hall and told him to show him how fast he can run in his new shoes. Jack loves his shoes ever since..AND usually runs wherever he goes when he wears them :) So, after-work I asked if he would go running with me. I meant in the running stroller, but he insisted that he wanted to actually runs with me. Of course that turned into us racing! He even woke up and told John we raced, and he won :) He kept saying "were racing, right?!" I think that watching him get so excited and proud to run with me is one of my favorite moments with him. It was SO cute! It was definitely a heart melting experience....xoxoxox

 Unfortunately my new running shows hurt my feet. So I stop periodically to adjust them. Apparently Jack also needs to stop and adjust his too :)

Quite literally one of the best evenings to run. Weather was amazing! And so is our city :)
