This trip was amazing! It was like no time had passed. I am so fortunate to have such great friends, and such a supportive husband! The weather was perfect (no surprise there :). Lots of time in the sun (and poolside drinks!), reminiscing in Newport Beach, and just a lot of laughter :)
The Huntington Beach Hyatt Resport and Spa was by far the best place I've even stayed (minus our Oprah trips)....and to top it all off....Mike has Diamond status! I felt like a celebrity for 5 days! And don't you worry, I took full advantage of all the free food in the Regency Club! Just like a Deyerler should.

Last night....
Ed and Brian joined us for a very nice dinner. SO much laughter!
The resort had fire pits all over the grounds. We had decided to do a Fire Pit tour, but of course only made it to one before half the party fell asleep :)
Last day...enjoying the ocean.
And yes, I actually played in the waves! I forgot how fun it is!

Last morning - a much needed stop to Starbucks before the flight. And soaking in the resort that just provided me with one of the best trips I've taken in a very, very long time!
