Jack is getting so good at "walking" with his toy! He has also taken a few more steps. I think he has a tooth coming in! Yesterday we went to the Children's Museum with Aunt Margaret and cousin Sean. Jack loved the water part and the baby part of the Jungle ( I think that was what it was called?) I can't wait for him to walk so that he and do more things.

Today he "walked" with the "Sit, Stand, Walk" toy I bought him a while ago! He hasn't liked it so far. I don't think he felt confident enough. But today he did it and he was so proud! So, now he can walk a few steps on his own toward me, and can walk "by himself" with the walker....Yeay!
Yesterday Tina and Patrick came to visit and Jack was "sharing" his toys! I have been working with him on sharing. Meaning, having him give you a toy he is holding. And he did it! I am so proud of him! He also went to Castaways :)
I love to climb!!
Playdate with Maggie Owens, Ethan (14 months) Ellie (2 weeks) Molly Reaves, Patrick (4 yrs), and Thomas (6 months)

Having the summer with Jack as been amazing!!! I finally feel like I "know" him. He is at such a fun age. He is becoming a "kid"right before my eyes! Even though I feel like he's still my little baby :) I love watching him turn into a little person. He is the best! He has an infectious personality! He is "always" smiling and happy. Although I don't want to jinx it, he is so "easy"! He seriously only "cries" when he needs something-like when he is hungry or tired. That is it! And even though he is crawling, he is not "into everything". He just sits and plays with his toys . (and talks to himself :) The only thing is likes to do is go into the bathroom. But as soon as I say "NO" he turns around, looks at me, and then crawls back to me with a huge smile! So far (knock on wood) he listens and obeys.

I clapped for the first time!!! It happened at Maggie's house.
Went to (2nd) cousin Shannon and Brian and (3rd) cousin Courtney (who was born 24 hrs after Sean) Earl's house with (great) Aunt Gigi, (great) Uncle Bruce, (great) Aunt Annmarie, her son Aiden (not sure what relation that is...2nd cousin..?), and (great) Grandma Kay.

Sleeping: usually about 7 pm-6:30am.
Naps: 9:30-11:30am
3:00 or 4:00 and he sleeps for about an hour.
Eating: so far, he will eat ANYTHING!!! He has 4-7oz bottles a day. Breakfast-oatmeal and fruit, Lunch-whatever I can find! We usally eat together/the same thing. Many times it's a veggie/black bean burger. Plus, I give him some jar food to supplement, Dinner-again, anything I can find/what I make myself for dinner. Or, he has the leftovers that John and I ate the night before. I usually give him something for him to pick up and eat by himself.
I have had so much fun gettting to "know" Jack over the summer. He has been at such a great age! He has accomplished and changed so much. He is amazing!
Oh, and I don't think he has stranger anxiety anymore ;) he is very good with everyone he meets. I just got scared because he sometimes follows me around the house. But over time I realized 1) he loves me and knows that I provide him with what he needs 2) he only does that when he needs something :)
