Millennium Park

Mommy and Jack adventures!
Well, the first goal was Taste of Chicago. We got there as the gates opened. I saw on the website that there was a big Family Village with blow up slides and jumpy castles....well, there was none of that. In fact there was nothing for Jack to do! Total bust. Then we headed to the water fountains in Millenium Park. He loves it there! It was interesting though, he was a lot more timid this year than last year. In general I am noticing that things that used to not scare him do as he gets older. Just between 2 and 3. Regardless, he had a great time! We both did :) And of course we rode the bus, his favorite!
Waiting for the bus. "mommy, the bus is coming"

Family Village?

At least Jack can find the fun in anything! Playing golf with sticks is just fine for him!

Applesauce in a pouch..not quite "taste" of Chicago :)

This IS the Family Village activity...

At least there are train tracks nearby!

I had a hard time pulling him away from the train tracks :)

Yeay! The fountains at Millenium Park!

Not really sure what this face means :)
